This extra virgin olive oil is 100% Tuscan, produced in a samll area called Bolgheri, one of the most fertile lands in all of Italy.  It is home to world famous wines like Sassicaia, Ornellaia and Guado al Tasso.

Taken from organic trees, the very low acidity and the richness of its natural elements make out olive oil a true elixir for a long life.  

Our secret is to preserve all the uncontaminated fragrances and flavors of the olive oil by shipping the product by air in 12 hours, rather than 20 days by boat.  This prevents contact with cold, damaging temperatures.
